Pulse AI
Security and data

Your training data, kept in the right hands.

Plain answers for IT, HR and purchase teams: who can log in, who sees what, how the AI is used, and what happens to your data.

Individual logins

Every person has their own account. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never in readable form. Forgotten passwords are reset with a one-time code sent to the user's registered email, limited to 3 requests an hour.

Access by role

What each person can see depends on their role: rep, manager, product manager, HR, director or admin. Managers see only their own team. HR sees training results but not roleplay conversations.

Each company kept separate

Every company has its own workspace. The server checks which company a record belongs to before it is read or saved, so one customer can never open another's products, prices or people.

Who sees what

Access is set by role.

How the AI is used

Only what each task needs.

PULSE uses third-party AI models to play buyers, score sessions, turn speech into text, and write quizzes and lessons from your content.

  • For each AI task, PULSE sends only the text needed for that task: the conversation so far, plus the relevant product facts from your content.
  • In voice mode, the recording goes to the AI provider to be turned into text. PULSE keeps the text, not the audio.
  • AI providers we use today: Cerebras for most text tasks, and Groq for speech-to-text and some text tasks.
  • Quizzes generated from your brochures are checked against the source text, and questions that the brochure does not support are dropped.
  • AI scores are for coaching. They should not be the only basis for decisions about someone's job.

Please do not upload

  • Patient health records or any health data about identifiable patients
  • Case-study photos that show a patient's identity, unless you have that patient's written consent
  • Passwords, bank details or other confidential data that has no place in training

Stored files

Brochures, case-study photos and demo videos are stored in your company's workspace and can be opened only by logged-in users with the right role. Reps' practice demo recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days. Scores and feedback are kept.

Your data

It stays yours.

Ownership

Your products, prices, brochures, case studies, session records and staff records belong to your company. We use them only to run PULSE for you.

At the end of a subscription

We delete your company's data, or hand it back to you, within 90 days. Pilot data is deleted 30 days after a pilot ends unless you move to a paid plan.

Hosting and providers

PULSE is hosted with Hostinger. AI tasks are processed by Cerebras and Groq. Some providers may process data outside India, including in the United States.

Security FAQ

Do we need to install anything or open firewall ports?

No. PULSE runs in a normal web browser over HTTPS on laptops, tablets and phones.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Not yet. Every user has a PULSE username and password set up by your admin. If SSO is a requirement for you, tell us during the demo.

Do you have ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?

No, PULSE does not hold these certifications today. We are happy to answer your security questionnaire and walk your IT team through how data is handled.

Can we remove a user who leaves the company?

Yes. Your admin can deactivate an account at any time, and that person can no longer log in. Their past training records stay in your reports.

Is our data used to train AI models?

We do not use your data to train AI models. AI tasks are sent to our providers only to produce a response for your users.

Where can I read the full legal terms?

See our privacy policy and terms of service. Enterprise customers can sign a separate agreement.

Have a security questionnaire?

Send it with your demo request and we'll answer it in writing.
