Pricing FAQ
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices are in INR and exclude GST, which is currently 18% and is added to every invoice.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly plans are paid in advance for 12 months at the lower rate: ₹349 instead of ₹449 on Starter, and ₹599 instead of ₹749 on Pro. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
What counts as one AI roleplay?
One complete practice conversation with an AI buyer that ends with a score. Lessons, quizzes and browsing content do not use up roleplays. Unused roleplays do not carry over to the next month.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Starter starts at 10 users. If you have fewer reps, the free pilot is a good way to start, and we can talk about the right plan afterwards.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
What happens after the free pilot?
Nothing is charged automatically. At the end of 14 days we review the results with you, and you choose whether to continue on a paid plan.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your content, prices, session records and staff records remain your company's property. Read the privacy policy and terms for details.
