After Interview
Tip #12 of 15
Reflect on what you said — so you improve next time
After every interview, spend 10 minutes writing down: which questions you answered well, which ones you stumbled on, and what you would answer differently. Over 4–5 interviews, clear patterns emerge. The same 2–3 questions trip most candidates repeatedly. Fixing those with better prepared answers dramatically improves your success rate. Most people never do this and repeat the same mistakes across every interview.
💡 Reality Check
Candidates who improve across interviews get jobs. Candidates who blame interviewers for rejections stay unemployed longer.
