01 — Scope
What We Do
Hireaxis Advisors will source, screen, and present qualified candidates for positions shared by the Client. Services include executive search, bulk hiring, and contract staffing for real estate roles.
02 — Fee
Fee Structure
  • Standard fee: 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC (1 month gross salary) per successful placement.
  • Senior / leadership roles (CTC above ₹12 LPA): 10% of annual CTC.
  • Fee is payable within 30 days of the candidate's date of joining.
03 — Guarantee
90-Day Free Replacement
If the placed candidate exits within 90 days of joining (for any reason other than client-side termination without cause), Hireaxis Advisors will provide a free replacement. Replacement guarantee is valid for one cycle per position.
04 — Ownership
12-Month Referral Period
Candidates introduced by Hireaxis Advisors remain our referral for 12 months from the date of first submission. If hired during this period, the recruitment fee applies.
05 — Exclusivity
Retainer & Exclusive Mandates
For retainer or exclusive mandates, a non-refundable advance of ₹10,000–₹25,000 per position is applicable, adjusted against the final fee on placement.
06 — Payment
Invoicing & Late Payment
  • Invoice raised on Day 1 of joining.
  • Payment due within 30 calendar days.
  • Late payments attract 2% per month interest after the due date.
07 — Confidentiality
Mutual NDA
Both parties agree to keep candidate details, JD specifics, and commercial terms strictly confidential.
08 — Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
