Hireaxis Advisors will source, screen, and present qualified candidates for positions shared by the Client. Services include executive search, permanent placement, and contract staffing for real estate roles.

• Standard fee: 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC (1 month gross salary) per successful placement.
• Senior / leadership roles (CTC above ₹12 LPA): 10% of annual CTC.
• Fee is payable within 30 days of the candidate's date of joining.

If the placed candidate exits within 90 days of joining (for any reason other than client-side termination without cause), Hireaxis Advisors will provide a free replacement. Replacement guarantee is valid for one cycle per position.

Candidates introduced by Hireaxis Advisors remain our referral for 12 months from the date of first submission. If hired during this period — directly or through any other means — the recruitment fee applies.

For retainer or exclusive mandates, a non-refundable advance of ₹10,000–₹25,000 per position is applicable, adjusted against the final fee on successful placement.

• Invoice raised on Day 1 of the candidate's joining.
• Payment due within 30 calendar days.
• Late payments attract 2% per month interest after the due date.

Both parties agree to keep candidate details, job description specifics, and commercial terms strictly confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Employers may post genuine vacancies on hireaxis.in free of charge. Every post is reviewed by Hireaxis and may be edited, declined or removed at our discretion; approved jobs stay live for 30 days. The employer confirms that it is authorised to post the job, that the details are accurate, and that no fee will be charged to candidates. Applications for the job are sent to the employer and a copy is kept by Hireaxis. The employer will use candidate details only for that recruitment, keep them confidential and delete them when no longer needed, in line with applicable Indian data protection law. Posting a job does not create a recruitment mandate; placement services are governed by the clauses above.
