Before Interview
Tip #01 of 15
Research the company — but go deeper than their website
Most candidates read the "About Us" page and call it done. Actually useful research: look up the company on LinkedIn to see recent hires (tells you what roles they are growing), check Google Reviews from employees, search news for recent projects or controversies. Walk in knowing something specific — "I saw you launched a new township in Kharghar last quarter" — this instantly separates you from 90% of candidates.
💡 Reality Check
Interviewers can tell within 30 seconds whether you did real research or just skimmed their homepage.
