According to data from recruitment firm Naukri.com, the region has witnessed a significant surge in job openings for roles such as Business Development Managers, Marketing Professionals, and Data Analysts.
Companies like Godrej Properties, Oberoi Realty, and Housing.com are actively hiring for these positions, with salaries ranging from ₹12 LPA to ₹25 LPA. The demand for skilled professionals is expected to continue, with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) estimating that the MMR region will require over 1 lakh new housing units by 2028.
As a result, firms are looking to hire talent from nearby cities like Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Panvel, to cater to the growing demand.
