Anarock acquires 51% stake in DSP Design Associates for about ₹450 crore

Anarock has acquired a 51% stake in DSP Design Associates, which reported revenue of about ₹450 crore in FY26, at a valuation of around one-time turnover, Anuj Puri, founder and chairman, Anarock Group, told ETRealty. The acquisition has been funded through internal accruals.
