Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeller to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating realistic and high-quality 3D models for architecture, interior design, products, or visualizations. You’ll work closely with the design and visualization teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring accuracy, aesthetics, and efficiency in output.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, and lighting setups for architecture, interiors, and product renderings.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements and design intent.
  • Create realistic renders, walkthroughs, and visual assets for presentations and marketing purposes.
  • Optimize models for performance without compromising quality.
  • Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Keep up with the latest design trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with the creative and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or 3D Design.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a 3D Modeller or Visualizer.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, AutoCAD, and Photoshop (knowledge of Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Blender is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and artistic sense.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into accurate 3D visualizations.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
